Is Susan Hartley a relative of Elizabeth (Lizzie Hartley) Duerden wife of James Duerden? I don't know? Her father is listed as Henry Hartley, by I can't find any solid information on them. So, my answer would be it's possible, she may have been a much younger sister/half sister, or even cousin. Was Susan Hartley born in 01 Jan 1831, or in 1836? Her burial records have her as being born 01 Jan 1831, and it was "the norm" for the wife to be a few years older than her husband back then. I do not have the for sure answer though.
